Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a warm, neuroaffirming, and supportive clinic in Werribee. You’ll be joining a growing team of 6 OTs (including 2 Seniors) who are passionate about creating a positive working environment. What’s on Offer: Flexible salary ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 Super (depending on experience and KPIs) A collaborative and inclusive neurodiversity-affirming clinic Additional performance bonuses in place for exceeding KPIs - $90/hour Sustainable billable hours ranging from 4.5/5 per day (individual preference) $2,000 PD allowance and one week's study leave per year! Internal and external PD/Training days and strong clinical and peer supervision Flexible working arrangements with options to work in-clinic, schools, community and telehealth (60% clinic-based position, travel no more than 30 minutes from your home) Team lunches on Fridays with early finishes (last appointment at 3pm) Structured 4-week onboarding program for new staff and new graduates! Weekly and fortnightly supervision from clinical leads, supervisors and seniors (tailored to individual needs) No micromanaging! About the role: Collaborate with other therapists, schools, and families to build individualised care plans, focusing predominantly on children up to age 12 with ASD, ADHD, and global developmental delays. The role also includes writing reports, client-based work, and participating in team meetings for knowledge exchange and support. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience with NDIS clients Drivers license and vehicle Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
